About Me

My name is Carla Restivo and I have been involved with the American Staffordshire Terrier  since I got my first one in 1978. He was White Rock Dusky Tiger, a Jet Bomber son. Tiger was the first AST to pass the ATTS tests and is TT-1 for the breed. He certainly was a fine enough introduction to the breed that he whetted my appetite for more!

I currently live in northeast Colorado, working as a drilling fluids technician and live with 4 Am Stafs and an American Pit Bull Terrier. From 1995 to 2007 I  was kennel manager at White Rock Kennels (another story and website!).

I am a member of the Parent Club (Staffordshire Terrier Club of America), where I have worked on gathering together and maintaining Club archives; and I also serve on the Judges Education Committee as a seminar presenter.

The website is new as of  Spring 2012 and I hope to tell more of my story as I tell the story of each of my dogs.  The death of my beloved Peaches, CH White Rock Irresistible RN CGC,  was the inspiration for finally getting something on the ‘net and I start this project in her honor with HER page
